MySkyBuddies' mission is to bring joy, imagination, and a sense of adventure to hospitalized children by connecting them to the world through their personalized SkyBuddy.
By partnering with caring flight attendants who carry these small companions on global journeys, we help children experience travel, discovery, and hope—one photo, one destination, and one smile at a time.
Sign Up and Create Your SkyBuddy
When a child under 16 is staying in a participating hospital, they can sign up for the MySkyBuddies program and create their very own travel companion — a SkyBuddy.
Create Your SkyBuddy
Each child receives a special cut-out they can color and personalize. They can choose from a variety of fun designs such as:
- A Gingerbread Man
- An Astronaut
- A Princess
- A Sports Figure
- A Race Car / Monster Truck
- And many other imaginative characters
The child decorates their SkyBuddy to make it uniquely theirs.
SkyBuddy Takes Flight
Once completed, the child's SkyBuddy is given to a participating flight attendant who carries it along during their travels.
As the flight attendant journeys around the world, they take photos of the SkyBuddy in different locations — from famous landmarks to exciting destinations.
Follow the Adventure
The photos are uploaded to the child's secure MySkyBuddies portal, where they can log in and follow their SkyBuddy's adventures across the globe.
A World of Adventure Delivered with Care
MySkyBuddies turns creativity, travel, and kindness into a shared journey — helping children experience the excitement of exploration while they focus on healing.
Each new photo becomes part of their personal travel story — bringing smiles, inspiration, and a sense of connection to the world beyond the hospital.
